Grupo San Pablo Farmacia (Mexico City):
Defined business requirements and standardized business processes for an enterprise-wide POS system. This was to support their expansion strategy and included the training and development of a Process Management Office in Mexico.

City of Cape Town: Mainstreaming the Integrated Development Plan (IDP) into the City. This consisted of process design and re-engineering, performance management, organisational structure and service delivery design.

BP: Worked on various projects ranging from License to Operate, Integrated Supply & Logistics, Supply Demand, FME Retail. This required re-engineering of business processes for optimization, system integration, role clarification, standard operating procedure design, process and individual performance indicator design.
